Who we are
This website is operated by the Adamu Yola Foundation (Incorporated Trustees, IT/NO 117968), No. 46 Billiri Street, Shongo Estate, Gombe State, Nigeria. You can reach us at adamuytfoundation@gmail.com.
Information you send us
Our contact form prepares an email in your own email application. The website itself does not store or transmit your message. When you send the email, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you include and your message, and we use them only to respond and to manage the enquiry.
Information this website stores
- Your day or night display preference is saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device.
- We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives standard technical information such as your IP address when the fonts load.
Photos and people
Photographs on this site come from foundation events and our official social media channels. If you appear in a photo and would like it removed, contact us and we will act promptly.
Sensitive information
Please do not send medical histories, identity documents or other sensitive personal data by email or social media. When a programme needs this information, we will provide a secure process.
Children
Programmes involving students and young players follow safeguarding practices. Applications for anyone under 18 should be made with a parent, guardian or school.
Your rights
In line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
We may update this policy as our website and programmes evolve. The latest version will always be on this page.
